Program

Day 0. (30.09) Departure from your country.

Day 1. (01.10) Arrival in Delhi. Meeting at the airport. Introduction to Delhi. Moving. (150 km / 3 h) Ayurvedic consultation. Recommendations for the preparatory period for Panchakarma. Chandigarh (130 km / 2 hours)

Day 2. (02.10) Mandi (200 km / 5 hours) - a small town located on the banks of the Beas River, known as "Varanasi in the mountains" with numerous temples. The most famous of them, dedicated to Shiva, are the medieval stone temples of Trilokinath (1520) and Panchvaktar with rich stone carvings, as well as the bright Bhutnath temple built in 1527. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4. (04.10) Naggar (100 km / 3 hours) - the former capital of the Kullu rajas, located at an altitude of 1750 m. Visit to the house - museum of Nicholas Roerich, Once the gallery building served as the artist's residence. Today, on the first floor of the estate there is an exposition of Roerich's paintings, and on the second floor, visitors can see the living rooms, in which the interior and personal belongings of the Roerich family are preserved. Then walking tour of Naggar and Excursions to the temple of Vishnu Mandir (11th century), covered with ornate carvings dedicated to Shiva Gauri Shankar temple and pagoda-like Tripura Sundari Devi temple. Day 5. (05.10) Nagar - Manali - Nagar (30 km / 1 hour one way). Manali is located at an altitude of about 1829 meters in the picturesque foothills of the Himalayas, it is called "the end of the inhabited world." This is an important point on the way to mountainous India. According to legend, Manu (Noah in Hinduism) descended from the ark in this place to recreate the world after the Great Flood. A visit to the Khadimba Devi temple is dedicated to the goddess Hadimba, who, according to legend, was the wife of Bhima, the hero of the epic Mahabharata. The temple, which is a four-tiered wooden pagoda, is famous for its wood carvings.

Day 6. (06.10) Shimla (200 km / 6 hours) - one of the most beautiful cities of the Indian Himalayas, the capital of the state of Himachal Pradesh, located at an altitude of 2200 m above sea level and is a famous mountain resort in the country. The city is surrounded by picturesque mountains covered with dense coniferous forests - pines, Himalayan cedars, oaks and rhododendrons fill the air with a life-giving aroma.

Day 7. (07.10) Karnal (230 km / 5 hours) Rest. Ayurvedic massage.

Day 8-14. (08-14.10) Panchakarma is one of the most powerful Ayurvedic healing treatments as it aims to for a complete cleansing of the body to restore vitality from the inside.

Day 15. (15.10) Departure to your city.
